St. Clair County Community College (SC4) is a public community college located in Port Huron, Michigan, serving as the primary center of higher education in the Blue Water region. Founded in 1923, SC4 offers affordable, high-quality certificate and associate degree programs designed to prepare students for career success, academic transfer, and lifelong learning. The college delivers a broad array of academic pathways in business, health sciences, technology, liberal arts, social sciences, and allied health, with options to study on campus or online and seamless transfer partnerships with four-year institutions. SC4 also provides student support services, workforce development resources, community education, cultural and athletic programs, and pathways to professional certificates that help learners build practical skills and achieve their personal and career goals.
