The Council on Aging of St. Clair County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting older adults and their caregivers in the community by providing comprehensive programs and services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. The Council offers a wide range of resources including meal programs, transportation assistance, case management, wellness and social activities, caregiver support, and information/referral services tailored to the needs of seniors. Through collaboration with local partners and volunteers, the organization strives to help older adults remain active, connected, and engaged while aging in place. With a focus on person-centered care, advocacy, and community education, The Council on Aging plays a key role in fostering a supportive network of services that addresses both the practical and social needs of the aging population in St. Clair County and the surrounding region.

Products and Services
Senior nutritious meal programs, transportation services for appointments and essential errands, wellness and social engagement activities, case management and care coordination, caregiver education and support groups, information and referral services, advocacy for senior needs, community outreach and education.
