With the right skills and training, you’ll be able to get out there and start building a career in this exciting industry -- and it might take less time than you think. The Culinary Institute of Michigan offers three associate degree programs and a certificate focused on some of the fastest-growing areas of food service. With our program options, you can choose the amount of time you want to spend in school so that you can get started in your career sooner. All of our programs are designed to give you the best chance at success. As a CIM student, you’ll be learning from experienced industry professionals in world-class training facilities designed to meet the needs of culinary students. With small class sizes, you’ll be able to get the individualized attention you need to develop your creativity and technical skills through intensive hands-on training. Many of our graduates have gone on to achieve incredible things. You could be next.
